2. Vendor Terms and Conditions

2.5 Order Fulfillment
- You must fulfill orders promptly and within the specified delivery timelines.
- Vendors must provide accurate stock levels and notify the platform of out-of-stock items.
2.6 Pricing & Payments
- You agree to the pricing structure and commission model as set by the platform.
- Payments will be processed periodically and subject to platform fees.
2.7 Intellectual Property

3. Delivery Agent Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the relationship between the eCommerce platform and the delivery agents responsible for fulfilling customer orders.

By agreeing to be a delivery agent for KNOCK DELIVER, you accept these terms and conditions.
3.2 Eligibility
- You must be legally authorized to work and provide delivery services in the region.
- A valid driving license and vehicle are required.
3.3 Delivery Responsibilities
- You are responsible for picking up, delivering, and ensuring the safe transport of items.
- You must follow the delivery schedule provided by the platform and ensure timely deliveries.
- You must confirm successful deliveries and obtain recipient acknowledgment (signature, photo, etc.).
3.4 Code of Conduct
- Treat customers with respect and professionalism.
- Do not engage in any illegal, inappropriate, or unethical activities during deliveries.
3.5 Payments
- You will be compensated based on the number of deliveries completed and other performance metrics.
- Payment will be made on a regular schedule and subject to the platform’s payment terms.

- You must not share details about orders, delivery processes, or customer data with unauthorized parties.
3.8 Termination
- Either party can terminate this agreement at any time, subject to notice provisions.
- The platform may terminate the relationship if the delivery agent breaches the T&C, performs poorly, or engages in inappropriate behavior.

- You will not be liable for items damaged or lost during delivery unless due to your negligence or misconduct.
- The platform will hold you harmless for events outside your control, like accidents or weather-related delays.
